  • Where are Pure Motive bottles made?
    At Pure Motive we ensure our manufacturing process, along with every other aspect of our business are held to the highest standards. Our products are designed in Australia and produced in China using a professional glassware manufacturer.
  • What materials are used to create Pure Motive bottles?
    Our bottles are made from a high quality eco borosilicate glass, are free from BPA and other toxic chemicals.
  • Why are Pure Motive bottles glass, not plastic?"
    In making the decision of what material would be the best to produce our bottles with, we decided to use glass instead of plastic. Despite increased shipping and manufacturing costs created from using glass, ultimately we want whats best for you and for our environment. By choosing to use a reusable glass bottle over plastic, you are making a positive impact on our environment by reducing single use plastic waste. Not only is glass 100% recyclable and neutral in taste, it does not contain any toxic chemicals that may leach into your water creating it to be a superior choice.
  • How do I use my Pure Motive bottle?
    Simply follow the time markings on the back of the bottle (8am - 12pm) refilling with water once at lunch and continue from (2pm - 6pm) until your bottle is empty. Our Pure Motive hydration bottle is 1 Litre in size allowing you to track your recommended 2 Litres of water per day Note* The time makings are only to be used as a guideline as to how much water is consumed daily (this will be determined by the individual). If you are unsure, please check with your health care provider.
  • How do I keep my bottle clean?
    For best results we recommend hand washing your Pure Motive bottle with a long-handled soft bristle brush, dish soap and warm water. It is also important to regularly clean the lid where the rubber sits and ensure the seal is dry throughly after cleaning.
  • Is my Pure Motive bottle dishwasher safe?
    Yes! your bottle is dishwasher safe. However, we do recommend hand washing for best results. As our products features logo printing, exposure to high heat temperatures and rigorous dishwasher environments may cause print fading.
  • Can I put my Pure Motive bottle in the freezer?
    No, your Pure Motive bottle should never be placed in the freezer. Liquids expand during the freezing process and could cause your bottle to shatter.
  • Return Policy
    We want you to be 100% happy with your purchase from Pure Motive. If for some reason your product is not quite right, we offer full refunds providing the following conditions are met. 1. Items are returned within 14 days from the time of purchase. If we haven't received your product within this timeframe, we unfortunately cannot offer an exchange or refund. 2. Products MUST be in a brand new, saleable condition with all packaging intact. 3. Items must be returned undamaged from any breaks, cracks or chips that have been caused from mishandling Pure Motive reserves the rights to refuse to provide a refund if any of the above conditions are not met adequately. This will be at our sole discretion.
  • Defects (if applicable)
    We take pride in the quality of our products; all orders are inspected for defects before they are shipped. If you believe that your item is not quite right, please contact us at admin@puremotive.com.au with image and description of defect. Please note that normal wear and tear, including scratches, chips and breaks from handling or accidents are not classified as a defect. This product is fragile and can easily break if mistreated.
  • How do I return my order?
    Orders must be returned within 14 days from the time of purchase. If you need to return your product for any reason, please email us at admin@puremotive.com.au and request a copy of our returns form.
  • Who is responsible for the cost of return shipping?
    You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item where you have changed your mind. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you are shipping an item, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We will not accept responsibility for returns not received; you are liable for your parcel until it reaches us safely.
  • Do you ship internationally?
    At this stage we do not offer international shipping (*Australia wide shipping only)
  • When will my order by shipped?
    We do our best to ship your order within 1-2 business day from the time of purchase (Monday - Friday). This timeframe can vary during busy periods or sale promotions. We send all products via standard shipping - delivery time depends on your location. (usually - metro 3-5 days reginal 7 days) If you have any queries about your order please contact us - admin@puremotive.com.au
  • I have placed my order incorrectly?
    If for some reason you have incorrectly placed your order with the wrong quantity or personal details, please contact us immediately. We will not be responsible for orders sent out incorrectly if we have not been contacted within 2 hours from the time of purchase.
  • I need a copy of my receipt?
    A copy of your receipt will be emailed to you directly after your purchase has been made. You can also find a copy by logging into to your account and clicking into your Order History.
  • Do you offer AfterPay?
    We do not offer AfterPay at this stage. We are looking at our options to accept this as an alternative payment method in the future.
  • When will my credit card be charged?
    Your credit card will be charged directly upon the purchase of your product.
